Guest Speakers​

Night of inspiration invites female guest speakers from the Jewish community to inspire the next generation of Gorsky Jewish ladies about their heritage.  The topics range from Jewish philosophy, customs, traditions and other topics relevant to current events.

Since its launch five years ago, this initiative supports the talents and leadership potential of teen girls in our community.  Specifically organized for this age group, some past workshops include paint nights, food decorating, jewelry making, cooking classes and other activities.  To join, please email events@gorskyjews.com

Learn how challah is more than just another bread.  It’s “loaves” of love.

Unite.  Share. Pray.  Eat.  Drink.  Dance.  Learn.  

Hands-on workshops on how to make challah are led by guest instructors.  Each person receives all the ingredients necessary for the dough. While the dough is rising, ladies enjoy music, dancing and delicious food.
